Terms of Use

These terms govern use of this website and guided trial. Separate written subscription or service terms provided before paid activation control a Customer or Subscriber relationship.

Marketing terminology

Marketing materials may call paying contractor companies “Founding Partners” because The Command Suite is built alongside contractors and welcomes honest product feedback. That term does not create a legal partnership, joint venture, agency, employment relationship, franchise, or fiduciary relationship. “Customer” or “Subscriber” is used where legal, billing, or subscription clarity requires it.

Website and availability

Content is general information and may change. Available, guided setup, and coming-next labels describe different availability stages. Creating an account does not guarantee that every planned capability is available.

14-day guided trial

New Company Workspaces receive 14 days of free access beginning when the workspace is created. Signup does not collect a payment method or create an automatic charge. When the trial ends, workspace activity may pause while existing records are preserved. A trial may be limited or suspended for abuse, unlawful use, security risk, or attempts to bypass workspace boundaries.

Founding offer and billing

Customers who continue after the 14-day trial pay $149 per month for The Command Suite unless a different price is agreed in writing. Eligibility and the billing schedule must be confirmed in writing and reflected in checkout before payment. Existing subscriptions remain governed by their separately agreed terms. Cancel future renewal before the next billing date by emailing hello@thecommandsuite.com. Completed billing periods are non-refundable except where required by law or if The Command Suite determines it cannot deliver the agreed scope.

Scope, activation, and support

The working Company Workspace includes capabilities labeled available on the website. Guided configuration, third-party handoffs, and planned capabilities are separate. Support is provided through the business email above.

Text messaging

By initiating a text conversation or providing express consent, you agree to receive conversational messages related to requested workflows, account activity, or support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Permit Pathfinder and third-party systems

Permit Pathfinder provides links to selected official jurisdiction resources and a manual job record for permit paperwork. Government sources remain authoritative. The Command Suite does not submit applications, interpret code, monitor government portals, schedule inspections, or guarantee timelines or approvals. References to government or third-party sites do not imply partnership, certification, endorsement, or uninterrupted access.

Customer responsibilities and ownership

You must provide accurate, authorized information, maintain appropriate access, review drafts, and approve consequential actions. Customers retain rights in submitted business content. The website and product materials belong to The Command Suite or their licensors.

Service limitations

The service is not represented as error-free, uninterrupted, or a replacement for professional, accounting, legal, engineering, code, or licensing advice.
